Where will the appointment take place?
I’m currently working at the One by One Tattoo located in, 70 Berwick St, London W1F 8TA.
How do I book an appointment?
All my appointments are made through my website. To make an appointment, fill out this request form here and make sure to put together all the informations required.
How long does it take to receive a response?
You should hear back from us within 3-5 working days. Bruna and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
How far ahead you’re booked for?
Usually for 2-3 months. If I realise that it’s getting to long the wait I’ll close my books and wait until I can re-open it again.
Can I have a consultation before my appointment?
I don’t do in person consultations due to limited time and availability. You will send me all references online and we will work together on the day of your appointment to bring your ideas to life.
*An exception can be made in case of bigger tattoos or cover ups.
Do I get to see the design before my appointment?
I usually create the designs on the day of your appointment, that way you can guide me through your ideas and we can come up with exactly what you want. For bigger and more complex designs I’ll have it done before hand and all tiny adjustments and corrections can be done on the day and we’ll move ahead once you’re happy with it.
Do you have any last minute cancellations slots that we can look for?
I post on my instagram here every time I have a cancellation. So please follow my account and turn on the notification to keep up to date with all my availability. You can also sign my mailing list (link to mailing) for special offers and availability.
How should I prepare for my tattoo?
The only recommendation I have is to have a nice meal before your appointment. If it’s your first tattoo stay calm and trust the process. We worked really hard to create a nice a welcoming environment for you to feel safe and comfortable.
Can I bring someone else to the appointment with me?
Your plus one is more than welcome to come to the studio with you, but if we have to many artists working that day, they may be asked to wait by the reception or hang around. The shop is located in the heart of Soho, so there’s plenty to do around.
Can I reschedule my appointment if I have an emergency?
Yes, you can reschedule your appointment, the only thing I ask is for you to give a 48 hours notice and them Bruna will contact you with the rescheduling process. The deposit only will be asked again in case you fail to give me a 48 hours notice.
